If the hat is in stock, then it will ship within 3 business days, via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days for delivery). You will be sent an email confirming the shipping date. If the hat is out of stock, we will email you with an expected shipping date, which could take an extra 7 - 10 days to get the hat in stock. Canada orders: Charged $25.00 for shipping, via International USPS Priority Mail, to arrive in 2-3 business days. Switzerland, France, Greece, South Africa, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, & Italy orders: Charged $33.00 for shipping, via International USPS Priority Mail, to arrive in 2-3 business dyas. Shipping costs to other countries will be separately negotiated - go ahead with your order then we will email you a PayPal money request to cover your shipping costs. Shipping will be via International USPS Priority Mail. Return Policy: There is a $5.00 restocking fee, per hat, for all returned hats. Hats must be returned in new condition. You are responsible for the shipping costs to ship a returned hat to us. Please ship your hat back to us to the return address on the box we shipped your hat in. If you want a different hat size shipped back to you, then do the following: -
Ship your hat back to us, with a note that you want a replacement hat. Note the size of the replacement hat. -
Include a check to Paradise Golf Products for $13.00 with your hat, to cover the $5.00 restocking fee and the $8.00 shipping and handling fee for your replacement hat. If you prefer to pay this $13.00 by credit card, then let us know that via email, and we can email you a PayPal invoice for this $13.00 restocking/shipping/handling fee. -
We will ship your replacement hat after we receive your returned hat and the $13.00 payment. Returned Hat for Refund:
If you don't want a replacement hat, then ship your hat back to us. We will refund your hat purchase, less a $5.00 restocking fee, after we receive your hat. The original shipping and handling charge is not refunded. For example, if you bought a Bushie Outback Chiller Hat for $52.99, we will refund $47.99 after we receive your hat.
